While the moms in our Families Building Futures and Women of Courage programs are making courageous choices to rebuild their families in healthy new ways, we provide purposeful programming for their kids to receive love, support, and a safe place to grow.
The FLS Children’s Ministry supports our kids along the journey to a new future through teaching, fun activities, and friendship. Kids from infants to high school come together for fun and structured programming. They also learn about the love and care of our Heavenly Father through relationships with each other, staff, and volunteers that are built with love, support, gentleness, and humility.
Our Children’s Ministry provides fun lessons about life, including components of age-appropriate life-skills and character development in each session. Staff and volunteers serve as positive role models for our youth and help teach them new life skills. Volunteers are crucial to the success of our Children’s Ministry by helping the Child & Youth Coordinator provide a fun and safe learning environment for the kids.
