Sues Hess, Executive Director

Sues Hess serves as the Executive Director of Family Life Services. She has worked in a variety of ministries, developing programs to bring Christ to others in practical ways, and then equipping them to serve the body of Christ, including over 10 years in missions in Europe.

After returning to the US, for nearly 15 years Sues served with Biblica, primarily as Director of Outreach. While there she focused on emotional and spiritual care following disasters, developing partnerships with relief ministries, refugee/immigration issues, leadership development and global sports initiatives.

She has been married to Tom since 2010. Together they are passionate about helping the body of Christ to create movements of transformation. They enjoy travelling, hosting guests from all corners of the globe, and communications. Their combined 9 kids keep them learning about new trends.

Sues began at FLS in January, 2015, as the Community Relations Director and has been the Executive Director since June 1, 2015.

Sandra Kirby

Sandra began June 1 as our Resident Coach. Sandra bubbles over with joy, heart and humor. Her career has been invested in peoples’ lives through a variety of social service positions – adoption placement, child welfare, resource navigation, case management, executive director of a resident program, and on and on the list goes. What is most important is her heart for the Lord and for our clients, blended with her deep understanding of community resources, which makes her a great asset to FLS. Sandra, as most of our staff, serves sacrifically part-time.

Kristin Gordley

Kristin traded hats last January (2016) from being the President of the FLS Board, to serving as a part-time staffer. She is our Community Outreach Director, working directly with the families involved in Women of Courage. She loves the opportunities this offers to build trust and faith with the families in that program. When Kristin isn’t serving with FLS, she’s busy parenting her two young boys with her husband, Andy.

Dave and Donna Glass

This July Dave and Donna moved into our staff apartment, helping with safety, security, maintenance and hospitality. Donna and daughter Dawn serve with Life Unwrapped, a ministry of testimony teaching and training in personal growth, family relationships and Christian faith. Dave works as a payroll specialist, but still finds time to help FLS about 15 hours each week. Both Dave and Donna have served on various church staffs.
